Hilary Schwager - Director and Wellbeing Practitioner at Catalyst

Catalyst's director is Hilary Schwager; following a career working in the voluntary and education sectors Hilary now works as a Wellbeing Practitioner and Facilitator. She holds a British Psychological Society approved Level 4 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and is an accredited Mindfulness teacher and Action Learning facilitator. Other training includes supervision skills, CBT, sleep therapy and coaching.

When working with Catalyst you can be assured that we and our associates are committed to continuing professional development, are fully insured and hold current DBS checks.

We can help you make positive changes in your work or home life, adjust to new circumstances such as menopause or retirement, and support you to improve your sleep.
