Sessions are provided by Hilary Schwager, who trained with the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and holds a Level 4 British Psychological Society approved Diploma. Our support is suitable for people experiencing low to moderate stress or anxiety, low confidence, low self esteem or who are struggling to adapt to life changes and is designed as a complementary therapy, and practice outside of sessions is required.
