Catalyst is a provider of the Mindfulness Now eight week Mindfulness programme which blends Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Mindfulness Now is an adaptive programme which can be used by individuals, groups and stand alone sessions.
