Mindfulness can be described as "living in the present moment" - paying attention to current experiences rather than operating on autopilot, or thinking about past or future events.
Mindfulness is an evidence-based practice shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and help with depression, pain management and insomnia. Practicing mindfulness can help us understand ourselves better, enjoy life more and benefit our health.
