Are you struggling with sleep issues?

Catalyst is a provider of the R.E.S.T. Programme® - a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) approach  to resolving sleep issues. Results are achieved through an in-depth assessment leading to a targeted and tailored treatment programme based on the elements of the R.E.S.T. Programme®:

Routine - what's your daily life like?
Environment - what's going on around you?
Stimulus Control - what could be contributing to your sleep issues?
Thinking - how are your thoughts impacting on your sleep?

Sessions are tailored around your problem area(s) enabling issues to be addressed effectively.

This service is suitable for people aged 18+ and to be effective, you will need to make some changes outside of sessions.

Fees:
Initial assessment: FREE
Sessions (50 minutes duration): £45 each
All sessions are delivered online unless arranged otherwise - additional fees apply for face to face sessions.
