Action Learning with Catalyst
With four half day sessions over an agreed time frame, employees or managers receive guidance from start to self-facilitation. Sessions cover group dynamics, reflective questioning, active listening and different Action Learning techniques enabling your organisation to confidently embed the principles into workplace culture.

Our Action Learning training is provided by Hilary Schwager. Hilary has facilitated sessions with community groups, start up social entrepreneurs and CEOs and holds an Institute for Leadership and Managements qualification in Action Learning.
